I qualified in 2018 with a BSc Physiotherapy degree and currently practice as a fully charted physiotherapist with a keen interest in musculoskeletal and sports injuries.
Since graduating I have worked both in the NHS and privately with a focus on musculoskeletal injuries and in particular injuries to the hip, knee, ankles, and shoulders. I have a history of playing sports, especially football, and currently enjoy a variety of weight and aerobic training.
I currently work between the hours of:
- Tuesday 5:15pm - 8pm
- Wednesday 2:30pm – 8:00pm

Using a detailed full body assessment, I treat conditions such as:
- Sports injuries
- ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) reconstruction
- Back and neck pain
- Muscle imbalance and poor activation
- Ankle injuries and sprains
- Postural problems
- Trapped nerves
- Runner’s knee
- Joint replacements
- Muscle wasting and weakness
- Gluteal tendinopathy
- Synovitis and tendinitis
- Groin strains
- Knee and Hip OA
I have a keen interest in aiding the return to sport and activity through the use of exercise rehabilitation to provide patients with an understanding of current problems and the future prevention of injuries. I currently lead the Lower Limb Rehabilitation group based at the hospital I work in and continuously come up with new ways to challenge and progress patients. In addition to exercise, I use a hands-on approach to help reduced pain, manage injuries, and enable patients to manage with their daily activities.
